I don't see any mention of the Stormtrooper Sergeant at Legoshop @home. It does show up when you fill your basket with SW sets, but the poster doesn't get added!?!

I looked at that figure and thought "what's the difference between that one (sw630) and the one that comes with the battle pack (sw578)". It seems that sw630 comes with a poncho. Are there any other differences?

It looks like the offer kicks in at €30 on the European site from what I can see. It doesn't seem to apply on the constraction sets though.

Having the sand trooper from the droid escape set (I can't remember all the set numbers , unfortunately) I already basically have this figure (plus it's not Chinese LEGO , which is a huge bonus , this one is a slight bit translucent). However I may get a couple regardless for the Pauldron to use on troopers (and to give my sand trooper pauldron back to the sand trooper). Thank you for reporting this!

How can I tell if I have Chinese Lego?

Chinese LEGO is usually lesser in quality (still better than clone brands, however) and always slightly translucent (especially white parts , such as the stormtrooper above and the ninja go skeletons from the spinner packs). Most promo mini figures and those with arm printing are of Chinese production. In any case it's not too terrible and it's getting better - sometimes it's difficult to tell between regular and Chinese LEGO. And still being LEGO still it's no cause for any alarm , just something to be aware of.

It's not the most sought after pauldron in the world, but still a nice fig all the same and the first Rebels mini figure poly. It was available around May the 4th this year at Beales department stores.

Side note poly news, I saw the spider-man super jumper polybag and TIE Advanced polybag from this year in the Disneyland Paris Lego store and snapped them up whilst with family there at the weekend.

Yes, it's true with special offer for sets 71006 & 71016 - 3 minifigs from 71009 are added for free.
And for 5002938 Stormtrooper is only 99 PLN /around £17/ €23 / $25 for spend on any Lego SW sets. So Poland, never go to Euro zone, please :D
